We’ve had two sessions with Krista and she was wonderful both times. She shot our wedding pictures in 2020 and they were so beautiful!
When we took our family vacation in winter of 2023, we knew we had to reach out to Krista again. She was very kind, accommodating, and did absolutely wonderful at getting our two little ones to sit for pictures. I would highly recommend her for any occasion.

Absolutely amazing! We had family pictures done on Sanibel Island with Krista and were so thankful we did! Not only are the pictures absolutely BEAUTIFUL, but the experience that we had with Krista and her assistant Maddie is something that we won't forget. Krista was so professional, understanding and kind from the moment I inquired until the pictures were sent to us. Krista shot our Caribbean destination wedding and she was not only the kindest, easiest person to work with, but she shared our excitement and enthusiasm for our big day and took beautiful pictures that really captured the spirit of the event. When planning for our wedding on Captiva, my fiancé and I both agreed having an excellent photographer would be at the top of our list.  It didn’t take long for us to come across Krista.  Immediately we were drawn to the natural poses, her eye for lighting and the way she could capture every moment so perfectly.  Not to mention she didn’t skip out on showcasing a bit of fun to her work too.  After our first call with Krista we didn’t look any further.  She completely put us at ease with her experience and knowledge and even helped answer other questions around our day.  Leading up to our day we also had an engagement photo shoot which we HIGHLY recommend.  Krista almost makes the camera disappear after a few shots. Poses started to come naturally and it was great time to get to know Krista before our big day.  Seeing and hearing how excited Krista gets as she captures a beautiful moment reassured us we’ve hired the right woman.  As expected, Krista and her team during our wedding day were nothing short of 100%.  She even showed up early to start sneaking in a few pictures and was able to work through some last minute changes in our day to ensure she could still capture the perfect moments with our family.  Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Krista was our photographer for our wedding in Sanibel, Florida. She was incredible to work with, from our initial email exchange where she provided us with a detailed timeline to the actual wedding day. She is super friendly, creative, and really made us feel comfortable. We had a ton of fun with her! Highly recommend!!

It's a little bit hard for me to talk about Krista without coming across as a little over-exuberant. It's not because I'm given to excessive praise, though - it's that she's that good.
We got married in New Orleans, and Krista and Emily came to photograph the wedding and reception and rehearsal. The pictures are beautiful. The composition is just outstanding. But more than that, Krista captured the wedding exactly as I hope to remember it. None of the over-serious stuff that I saw in so many other vendors. Just beautiful pictures of smiling people - sometimes a little silly, but mostly just happy. Krista somehow manages to capture the feeling of the moment *perfectly*. And I'm doubly happy because the pictures are going to be what we keep from the thing, after all.
The pictures are about half of it. The other half is how just utterly pleasant Krista and Emily were to work with. They're charming, and pleasant, and tactful, and extremely professional. I first contacted Krista for our larger wedding ceremony, that was supposed to be on 9/26/20. She was super easy to work with, created a timeline that was perfect (way in advance too) and then we had to postpone the bigger celebration due to COVID. Krista was so helpful in moving us to another date in 2022 and came out for our small elopement style shoot on our original date! She was flexible, easy to work with, got a million shots in a small amount of time and then turned around and delivered them in no time!! The pictures are beautiful, they capture our emotions, they seem so natural and I am really looking forward to working with her again in 2022. After having to reschedule our April wedding due to COVID, Krista was very helpful and flexible, allowing us to adjust our wedding package and staying in touch while we adjusted our plans.

They helped make sure that every aspect of our wedding day was captured the way we had imagined.

Even when I (the bride) was running a bit past schedule, Krista was able to get lots of ‘getting ready’ shots of me in a very short amount of time - thank you for that!

During the reception, Krista reminded us about different photos we wanted to take and helped direct our guests for all of the fun photo setups we wanted.

Although we did not meet Krista until the ceremony itself, she immediately put us at our ease and made the whole event stressless and magnificent. My fiancé and I had engagement pictures done with Impressions Photography, Krista, on Captiva Island, and she far exceeded my expectations! We are getting married August 2022 in Michigan, but I wanted to have engagement photos taken on Captiva as my family has been going there every year since before I was born and holds a special place in my heart. Krista was great to communicate with, was very responsive, and she provided our pictures in a very timely manner. The number of photos she captured was much more than anticipated and much appreciated. She made sure that we got the most perfect sunset photos, and she worked with us to make sure the weather was perfect - we were there the week of Tropical Storm Elsa. I would recommend Krista for all couples! My fiancé was not thrilled about the idea of engagement photos, but she made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. Our photos were full of laughs, and we had such a great time. It was so hard to decide which photos to use for Save the Dates because there were so many amazing ones. There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Krista made our family photos! She scheduled and rescheduled for weather issues. Then we decided to changed to a sunrise shoot from a sunset and she set aside the morning for us no problem. She made the process so easy and smooth, met us at our resort and made us feel so comfortable. We have a 3 year old and she managed to finally get a smile out of him! These are photos our family will cherish for a lifetime. I would 100000% recommend and would definitely contact her again if we ever found ourselves in Sanibel again!

We recently booked Krista to photograph our extended family on our annual summer vacation to the beach. We took our time researching the local photographers and picked Impressions Photography based on the overwhelmingly positive internet reviews. Fortunately, she didn’t disappoint! She was punctual, professional, and personable. She clearly knew what she was doing. She captured some fabulous spontaneous moments, as well as posed our family for beautiful but natural-and-relaxed-looking portraits. Our package included the opportunity for the entire extended family to be photographed together but also have some time for each couple/family to have their own shots. And she worked so well with our 6 year old daughter!

The final product was a gorgeous set of photos that we will treasure forever.
